Dear Corona Elementary Students, Staff, and Families,

As the final bells ring and we officially close the curtains on the 2025-2026 school year, I am filled with an overwhelming sense of pride and gratitude. This year has been nothing short of historic for our campus. Through our collective focus, shared determination, and unwavering belief in our students, we have transformed ambitious goals into remarkable realities.

These milestones were not achieved by chance. They are the direct result of our phenomenal staff, who work tirelessly every single day to meet students exactly where they are and scaffold their growth with both empathy and high expectations.

Our collective efforts have yielded incredible outcomes across every major pillar of our school community:

• Academic Excellence & i-Ready Triumphs: Our students poured incredible effort into their academic growth this year. I am thrilled to announce that Corona Elementary completely met and surpassed our rigorous district i-Ready goals in both reading and mathematics. The data reflect profound, measurable gains in student proficiency.
• Historic Attendance Rates: Attendance is the foundation of achievement, and our families answered the call. By prioritizing daily attendance, we maintained one of the highest tracking rates in the region, ensuring our classrooms remained vibrant centers of daily learning.
• Vibrant Student & Parent Engagement: From packed family nights and a spectacular school carnival to collaborative parent-teacher workshops, our community engagement reached an all-time high. Our parents and guardians did not just watch from the sidelines—you stepped into the arena with us.

Equally vital has been the dedication of our parents and guardians. Working side by side with our educators, you reinforced routines at home, championed our attendance initiatives, and poured your energy into supporting our school's vision. This seamless bridge between home and school is what makes our community unstoppable.

Because of this unparalleled collaboration, Corona Elementary continues to stand head and shoulders above our neighboring schools. I am incredibly proud to share that our campus has exceeded district averages in every single metric, from academic growth charts to climate and culture surveys.

We have successfully proven that a school can maintain the highest professional and academic standards while simultaneously cultivating a supportive, joyful, and fun environment where children truly love to learn.
